Devin Lu is the Founder and Managing Partner of LuCPA, a Vancouver-based firm specializing in real estate, construction, and investment advisory services.

With over 15 years of senior financial leadership experience, Devin has served as CFO, Controller, and strategic advisor to real estate developers, construction companies, property management firms, and investment groups across British Columbia. He is known for combining deep technical expertise with strong commercial insight to help clients navigate complex financial and business challenges.

Devin’s background spans real estate development, construction finance, and investment structures, allowing him to advise clients on capital structuring, project financing, cash flow optimization, and long-term growth strategy. His practical, end-to-end understanding of the development and investment lifecycle sets him apart from traditional accountants.
